Wax Digital Reporting, when deployed alongside Wax Digital SpendView, gives buyers across the enterprise roles-based access to a wealth of easy to configure spend reports.

Reporting information is delivered via three main channels:

• A series of standard ‘canned’ reports allows all users, according to their access rights, to quickly and easily produce excel reports on key system and user data. Reports are parameter-driven and generated in the background for auto-email to the user without interrupting or affecting system use.
• An ad-hoc report writing tool, utilising Microsoft Reporting Services, gives expert system users the facility to delve into system data at a granular level and create bespoke reports that can be saved and re-run easily.
• Key Performance Indicators embedded in the dashboard of all users, with content defined by their roles, give a real-time picture of selected reporting metrics.
